Access Alert: Horne Lake Climbing
There is a current access alert for Horne Lake on Vancouver Island.
The strata that owns the parking lot and surrounding area has informed the Horne Lake Climbers group that they will no longer permit climbers to camp on the land that is owned by the strata and if there continues to be a problem, they will revisit providing access to the cliffs themselves. This includes all land from the Horne Lake signage at the beginning of the dirty road up until Horne Lake Caves Provincial Park.
