Great photo of a great boulder! Thanks for the photo @powercompanyclimbing . I managed to send a thing well outside of my strengths today which is always a great feeling. Lately I've been trying things that don't suit me and it's been a fun new challenge! #Repost @powercompanyclimbing (@get_repost) ・・・ 💥Don’t be discouraged when things feel hard.💥 • Not all boulders are created equal. It would be nice if every Vwhatever felt exactly the same difficulty, but they don’t. Depending on the day, how you’re feeling, how comfortable you are on the rock or style, the humidity, the specific holds, how the planets are aligned and how much cream you used in your coffee, sometimes V5 feels like V9. Sometimes V9 feels like V5. 🤷🏻‍♂️ • A few days ago @joshmuller and I were getting bouted by V8 and 9. Today that 9 felt like V5 for me and I watched Josh quickly unlock this one, Crusader For Justice (V13). 💥🚀 • If you’re projecting your hardest grades, sure, play to your strengths. Otherwise, climb all the things. You’re likely to find a V4 that takes you more tries than the V8 you just did – and that’s where we grow. 🌱 • @bolderclimbing @lululemon @lululemonmen #lululemon #lululemonambassador @scarpana #scarpana @frictionlabs #chalkmatters
