An online fundraiser to help the search efforts for Marc-Andre Leclerc and Ryan Johnson has been started. In particular, this fund will go to help Marc’s family travel to Alaska. According to the fundraiser page, ‘Marc’s Mom and sister are on their way up now. Serge, his dad, is still working out how to get there today flying through Seattle’.
Marc-Andre is a prominent member of our climbing community and a true inspiration to all of us who hope to dream big. Here at Squamish Climbing Magazine we continue to hope for Marc’s return and ask that our readers, if they do have the means, support Marc’s parents bid to bring their son home.
