It’s time to sit back and enjoy New Zealand through our eyes and ears! Dim the lights, turn up your sound and check out what the island of NZ…

Please note that the Squamish Access Society has reported that a peregrine falcon is nesting on Astro Lege directly above Alaska Highway on the North Walls of the Chief.

We, along with BC Parks, ask that all climbers engage in a voluntary closure of this route, along with The Calling, Ron Zalko Workout and Gone Surfin’, until the young have fledged. We’ll update this with a link to the official BC Parks closure document when it’s ready. The nest will be observed carefully in the coming weeks and the routes will be re-opened as soon as possible. Thank you to those that reported this and for everyone’s cooperation.

A memorial and gathering of friends will take place for the legend Marc-Andre Leclerc this Saturday, May 12th, 2018 @ 5:30 PM in Pavillion Park, Squamish, BC. Marc was an absolute inspiration to our community both in his accomplishments, his spirit, and his approach to all things climbing. Come out to celebrate his life!
