Recent News ‘Nalle Hukkataival Completes the Low Start to Room Service (v14)’
We are pleased to announce that Finnish climber, Nalle Hukkataival, has completed the Low Start to Room Service.
Nalle came back to Squamish to finish this line and finally found some good temps! Originally completed by Sean McColl, Room Service (v12), starting on the left arete of the Singularity Boulder in Grand Wall Boulders. The line has always looked like it could go from the obvious start to the left of Singularity (v14) and Nalle finally completed the line yesterday. Congratulations Nalle!

2018 Canadian Nationals Lead Championships – Alannah Yip wins Third Canadian National Title
We are pleased to announce that 2018 Canadian National Lead Championship has come to a close with North Vancouver Local Alannah Yip continuing to dominate the field, placing first for the third year in a row, followed by Mika Hosoi and Brownwen Karnis.
On the Men’s side of things, a great performance from both Elan Jonas-McRae and Kyle Murdoch, who have both been plagued by injuries over the past two years. Good things coming from these two athletes!

Local Brian Moorhead named Winner of 2017 BC Parks Volunteer Award

Local climber, Chris Smalls has made the first ascent of The Lost Art of Keeping A Secret (10d/11a). Sport. 5 bolts. 15m. Description. Bolt Line just right of Run for Cover ending under big roof. Bouldery start with rough landing- Stick clipping first bolt recommended (Line A in photo — Line B is a closed project).
