Two routes, Pockets of Pain (5.11) and The Key (5.12), from Mt. Boucherie in Kelowna, BC.

A documentary about not giving up. The film follows Nalle Hukkataival on his multi-year journey towards establishing the hardest boulder problem in the world, “Burden of Dreams” (9A).

The Hidden Gem, established on aid by local crack activist Karl Kelley (and recorded in his guidebook “High on Moab”), was first free-climbed by Adam Ferro on 05/04/2011. Overhanging sandstone splitters are somewhat rare, and this tips, to fingers to ring-locks crack is one of them. The route is located on the Town Wall, a substantial swath of Wingate sandstone perched above and to the west of the south end of the town of Moab, Utah.

As most climbers know, Norway is full of rock and this summer we wanted to experience it ourselves. Not only have we visited the famous Flatanger cave located far north towards the polar circle, we also got to see a bunch of other places with varying type of granite and climbing style.

The first Five Ten Cup held in Brazil, Sao Paulo at the Casa de Pedra climbing gym. The event was packed with a super motivated crowd, some of the strongest climbers in the country and invited 5.10 athletes Nina Williams and Diego Montull.
