New Topo for University Wall in McGillivray Canyon | Topo
20+ new routes at the University Wall. There are now three main walls: University Wall, Alumni Wall and The Faculty. The Faculty is past the Chockstone, put up by Matt Hendsbee and Adam Mileson put up the routes there. Some of the old projects on the University Wall (bolted by Ross Suchy, Mark Fraser, Craigh Hyslop and Jeff Relf) have now been sent. Along with that, lots of new routes on the main wall as well!

We are pleased to announce that Miles Adamson has made the first ascent of Impostor Syndrome (5.14d) at University Wall in Canmore, BC. Originally bolted in the 90’s and leftover as an undone project, Miles Adamson went to work on the vertical puzzle, making the first ascent this week! Congratulations Miles!

At the request of the BC Conservation Officer Service, Lynn Headwaters Regional Park in North Vancouver will be CLOSED effective 7 am, Tues. July 28 until further notice, due to an aggressive bear that bit a 10-year-old girl. The Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve also remains closed.
