We are pleased to announce that Vancouver-based climber David Echeverri has released the topo for his new area near Starvation Lake north of Squamish, BC. The area, aptly named ‘Starvation’ is currently home to three routes with a fair amount of potential. David has been working on the wall for the past two years.

The routes in here are noticeable overhanging and each line features a power endurance climbing style. This hybrid of bouldering and sport climbing makes the perfect combination for enthusiasts wanting to test themselves on steep rock.
Location
This area is located about 300 meters across the highway past the Conroy forest road. Parking space is plenty on the right side of the road. The hike is about 3 minutes from the parking. You must cross the highway through a tunnel and follow the abandoned trial to starvation lake.
