We are pleased to announce that there is a new topo for the Papoose Backside thanks to the hard work of Nick McNutt.
Located behind the Papoose, there a number of new mixed/traditional pitches ranging from 5.6 to 5.12 on the “The Apprentice” and “Baby Bum” as described in the McLane guide as well as a few on the north/east sides of the Papoose.

Take the Papoose Descent trail for ~5 mins to an obvious left fork near the base of the Corner Unit area on the north end. 2 more mins will take you to the backside climbs. 5-7 min walk from the car.
Feedback is welcome and grades may settle out but should be pretty accurate. Afternoon shade… get up there!
