The fifth annual Portland Boulder Rally takes place this weekend in Portland, OR. This event is the largest one day bouldering event in North American and this year boasts a $10,000 take away purse. For those who remember last year, BC athlete Elan Jonas-McCrae made finals in a very strong field with the win going to Jimmy Webb.
This year’s top athletes include Jimmy Webb, Joel Zerr, and Nathaniel Coleman on the Men’s side and Angie Payne, Lisa Rands, Kasia Pietras on the Women’s side.
We also had a few Canadian athletes head down as well including Alannah Yip, Maria Celkova, Allison Stewart-Patterson, Jesse Taplin, Kyle Murdoch, and Gavin Johnson.
