The Squamish Access Society is presenting the 3rd Annual Golden Scrub Brush Awards, Friday, November 18, 2016 at the Knotty Burl, Squamish, BC and is currently accepting nominations for this year’s potential Golden Scrub Brush Candidates. This event celebrates the hard work and dedication of all the route developers who are currently improving Squamish’s world class selection of routes. We also are honoring 2 long time developers for their lifetime contributions to Squamish climbing. This year’s routes must have been built since 2011 so thumb through your guidebook or visit Squamish Climbing Magazine, Squamish Climbing Forum, or https://squamishclimbingsource.com/ to select your nominees. Tickets 15$ and go on sale October 15th at eventbrite.ca, Climb-on Squamish, and Valhalla Pure Squamish. All proceeds go to bolt replacement fund/ facilities fund.
